Come and Try day youth sailing session

A session for adults sailors (and youths aged 15+), providing the opportunity to get out on the water with one of our experienced instructors.

The session will last 2.5 hours, and will cover the basics of tacking followed by an on-water session.

Please ensure sailors bring shoes that can get wet. The club is able to provide buoyancy aids and wetsuits.

Each session has 10 spaces, on a first come first served basis.

Alternatively, you may go sailing in a larger boat with an experienced helm with no need to book – just turn up on the day!

A parent or guardian over 18 years old will be required to remain onsite for the duration of the session for under 16s.

Please note that if the weather conditions are not suitable on the day, this session may change to a shore-based session only.
