What is Ladies who Launch?
One Saturday a month the Ladies Who Launch, meet to share skills and support each other on the water. Dates below.
What do we get up to?
This club supported session is intended to encourage more ladies to get on the water and/or to take the next step into starting racing. We start with on land training and then a leisurely launch followed by lunch and more afternoon sailing if you wish.
There is also support available for boat tinkering if that is what you need – an instructor is always on hand to support the group. We support each other, build friendships, confidence and boat skills.
Ladies are encouraged to bring, sharing biscuits, cakes, strawberries and Prosecco, all of which helps to make for a fun, friendly and productive day on and off the water.
