Now that summer, or at least spring, is upon us, it’s time to start our summer training program. This year we will be running the training in three parts. Firstly the club will be continuing to train beginners through the usual RYA 1&2 courses for both children and adults. These excellent courses are a great introduction to our sport. We will also be continuing to run our “squad” training that target competitive sailors. You know who you are, so look out for opportunities to build on your skills with training inside and outside of the club.

New this year, is a training program to bridge between these two groups. So, if you have just finished your RYA2 or if you did it last year and have done nothing since, the new youth or adult member training is for you. Several groups will be running, so there will be an ability group for everyone. It’s a chance to sail and learn with other sailors and to work with some of our excellent coaches. The program will run every other Saturday starting on 3rd May until 1st November. Individual sessions will cost £25 each, or all 12 for £120. This is an awesome opportunity for all our sailors.
