Good Morning Bowmoor Sailors and Swimmers!
An adhoc Bowsprit this morning as Lakes By Yoo have made their planning application for retrospective permission for the LBK Bar and Kitchen and a single storey extension for events.

Some members have already taken the time to respond, and the club will be submitting a structured response.
It's important to share that Lakes By Yoo have been good neighbours to the club and we have a good working relationship. We are very concerned about the impact that the single storey extension will have on the Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs) where both Bowmoor SC and Lakes By Yoo are located.
